(However it’s better than nothing.) Times have changed and in the Dreams and Fantasys model of the world safety is NUMBER ONE ! All this was a result of seeing a major consciousness shift about 6 years ago in the Law Enforcement community and this was the logical response to keep people safe and raise industry standards. Plus too I’m a Patriot I see it as my civic duty. The IRS doesn’t care what you do as long as you pay your taxes. The only time what you do becomes an issue is when you get caught for NOT paying it.
